Shower Gel: Use every day, massaging into skin to produce a scented foam before thoroughly washing off. Lotion: Squeeze a small amount of the gel into your palm and apply to one area of your body at a time, paying special attention to areas prone to dryness such as hands, legs, elbows, and knees.
